Krystal De La Cruz performing as Kryssie Ann was born and raised in Manhattan. It was in early May 2017, that Kryssie Ann was hanging out with a friend and mentor and they heard her messing around with a track. The next thing with encouragement, it quickly became clear that she was a budding artist and the decision was made to complete the demo track, she had created as a single for release.

However, fate was to play a cruel joke for shortly thereafter, she was involved in a horrific accident as her vehicle was broadsided by a school bus. Krystal sustained extensive injuries, including a shattered pelvis, multiple breaks in her right hand, and several lacerated internal organs. The prognosis presented was an uphill battle towards recovery, as her current life and a new career as a recording artist came to a halt. Fortunately, those great athletic abilities which she had exhibited during her early life in figure skating, baseball, basketball, soccer, and wrestling had prepared her physically to deal with the recovery to come. During High School, she even advanced to Nationals in wrestling. From there she went on to Penn State where she continued to work out as much as possible while juggling her courses and part-time employment (Penn State didn’t have a female wrestling program at the time, so she managed the male team.) Thereafter, she moved to Boulder, CO and added hiking to her list of activities, regularly tackling the Boulder Flat Irons which was right in her backyard.

Upon returning to the New York area, she happily discovered Super Slow Strength Training and became a certified trainer. It was this Super Slow Strength Training that would be the key to regaining her strength and health after her accident. Most importantly, it allowed her to do so progressively and safely to the extent that today she is almost fully recovered! Based on hard-won personal experience, Krystal is a passionate advocate of the Loyalty Fitness philosophy and work-out and will bring this same enthusiasm, determination, and commitment, which she applies daily, to assist and improve the lives of her clients, to her music career!

Kryssie Ann completed and self-released her first single, Trilly on April 12, 2019. Today, she is signed with the new label, Solid Records, Inc, where she also holds the position of Vice President. All her family, friends and music associates are looking forward to sharing this journey, as she embarks on her musical dreams within the broader entertainment industry. Look out world, here comes Kryssie Ann.
